Job Title: Senior System Administrator / Senior Network Engineer - (5 to 10 Years only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Operations: Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and comply with IT policies and standards.
• Network Security: Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Asset Management: Oversee IT assets, including hardware and software licenses, ensuring compliance with cyber-security policies.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Training and Development: Mentor IT staff and promote best practices within the team.
• Endpoint Security: Experience with endpoint security tools like Symantec Endpoint Protection and McAfee.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and security.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
