Designation: Tele caller Outbound sales

Location: Velachery - Chennai

!!! Fresher or Experienced Technical support -Voice!!! (Velachery – Chennai)

Mode of Work- Work from office

No of Openings: 20

Interview timings: 09:30 AM to 03:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) (Only face to face interview, Telephonic only for outstation candidates)

Languages: Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
• Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
• Handle end-to-end sales outbound calls and customer support - existing clients.
• Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone
• Good selling and negotiations skills
• Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
• Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
• Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to converse in regional language along with English.
• Ability to convince customers
• Assist customers in all their queries

Educational Qualification: Any Degree (With or without backlogs) / 10, 12th and Diploma

Working Days: 6 days of Working and Sunday fixed week off
