SME For US P&C Claims

Key Responsibilities

• Process property and casualty insurance transactions to include but not limited to FNOL, Triage, Claim Set Up, Adjudication, First Party, Subrogation, Third Party management, Litigation, Payment, etc. and miscellaneous items in accordance with established department guidelines.
• Communicate with external and internal customers to achieve the highest level of customer service. Ensures accurate and timely servicing of accounts.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in providing accurate processing and servicing of business.
• Provides additional general support to the team as needed for workflow optimization.

Minimum Experience/Education

• College Graduate degree in any stream
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supporting the processing of property & casualty insurance transactions
• Claims: Loss Data Entry, Claims Logging / Triage, Claims Processing and Liability, FNOL, Claim Set Up, Adjudication, First Party, Subrogation, Third Party management, Litigation, Payment, etc
• Should have experience working in night shift 6:00 PM IST to 7:00 AM IST (9 hour shift in between described shift timings)
• Should be ready to work in night shift 9:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST and 10:00 PM IST to 7:00 AM IST (US Process Permanent Night Shift)
• Should be willing to wok hands-on in Production for 50% of time
• Good organizational and time management skills required.
• Should have good communication and email etiquettes.
• Should be able to explain previous experience (Project / Process) thoroughly
• Strong customer service approach required.
