Purchase Accounting: Daily Basis Packing Material Receipt Updating in ERP & reporting to HO.
INWARD STORE:-
1) To ensure receiving all sorts of material required for the product manufacturing and preparation of necessary documentation considering all necessary requirements.
2) Verifying transit damages, quantity and proper identification for inspection storing at inward stores
3) After GRN preparation offering the material to Quality approval and segregation of accepted & rejected material.

Dispatches: Order booking, Invoicing, Dispatches, Stock scheduling, Transportation arrangements and booking. Goods return,

Sales Accounting: Booking of receipts, Issuing credit /debit notes, sales Analysis, Issuing TCS Certificates and monthly reporting to HO.

Reconciliation: Suppliers, transporters, customers, banks, raw material, packing material, finished goods and Freight payable accounts.

Material Accounting: Booking of the transport bills, booking of the issues to production and others issues, vendors, transporters payments, and fund arrangement, and issuing C forms, TDS Certificates,

Production planning and material Arrangements: Monthly production planning, Material arrangement as per the requirements, Issuing Purchase orders, follow up for the material.

Monthly closing :- Prepare Monthly Production & sales report along with MIS Report to HO

Preparing the Brand costing/ EDP:- Monthly Prepare the brand costing working as per monthly production & prepare the EDP for every Brand .

Duty Drawback:-Monthly Basis complete Drawback formalities. Provide all the data & Document as per requirement

Stock verification/ Inventory Audit :-

• Monthly done the stock verification with Physical V/s EEP Stock ( System )
• Participating in perpetual inventory and stock auditing with internal and external auditors and submitting the report to top management.
