Job Description
- Strong experience and concepts of DevOps Principles Implementation experience
- Should be able to communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the rest of the team, as well as gather feedback from users and customers.
- Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed.
- should have a solid understanding of the technological aspects of the product and the DevOps methodologies. This knowledge enables them to communicate effectively with the technical team, understand the implications of technical decisions, and appreciate the challenges and constraints faced during development and operations.
- responsibilities extend beyond the product itself to include an understanding of the broader business context. This includes knowledge of the market, competitors, regulatory environment, and business strategy.
- Management and tracking of cross team/squad dependencies.
- Management and tracking of all high-integrity commitments.
- Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress.
- Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment. Encourages team trust and facilitates team building events.
- Communication should be good with strong stakeholder management skills
- Preference is to have knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS tools
- Foundation knowledge in IT Skills and able to understand technical architect
- Good general understanding of how large scale software systems are designed, built, tested, deployed and into the hands of customers.
- Strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics.
- Project management skills
- Technical experience and understanding of DevOps, Github actions, Jenkins, Content delivery network, WAF, CMS, Adobe experience manager(preferable), Monitoring tools etc
- 12+ years overall experience in IT industry
- Good to have some experience in Insurance industry
- Project Management experience (MBA from elite institutes preferred)
- Good to have PMP certification
