BAT Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Acceptance Testing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, end users, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely progression of BAT activities as agreed upon.
• Define and enforce quality standards and best practices for automated testing, with a focus on leveraging AI capabilities.
• Define, design, and implement a robust test automation framework utilizing Gen AI-based tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (12+ years) in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on business acceptance testing.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong Life & Annuity Insurance domain knowledge
• Preference for candidates with valid US visa
