Skills : Automation Testing
The Quality Lead is responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the quality strategy to ensure the successful delivery of the Mobile App. This includes managing quality efforts across the three developed layers: the React Native Frontend, the Backends for Frontends ( BFF ), and the BEES APIs. The Quality Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of software quality while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
In addition, the Quality Lead is a key member of the System Team, where they contribute to the development of qualitative generic concepts and a robust development strategy. This role involves executing research and development ( R&D ), improving deployment tools and methodologies, and driving enhancements to the teams ways of working to achieve operational excellence.

- Improve, implement, and guard over the quality strategy for the Mobile App, ensuring high standards across all layers: React Native Frontend, BFF , and BEES APIs.
- Define and enforce quality processes, including manual and automated testing, to ensure requirements are met and defects are minimized.
System Team Contribution- Assist the System Team in designing and implementing generic concepts and scalable development strategies.
- Drive R&D initiatives to explore innovative solutions and tools for quality and development improvements.
- Improve deployment tools, pipelines, and processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and repeatability.
Team Collaboration and Coaching- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders, to align on quality goals and deliverables.
- Coach and mentor team members, including Quality Engineers and Developers, on best practices for testing, automation, and quality assurance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to build a quality-focused mindset across the organization.
Tool and Process Optimization- Continuously evaluate and implement tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish an automation strategy and support the team in building automated tests for UI , API, and backend components.
- Monitor and refine processes to ensure seamless integration of quality practices into the development lifecycle.
