Quantity Surveyor / Documentation Expert

Minimum Qualification :

Diploma inCivil Engineering
Total Experience in Highway projects : Minimum 5 years in preparation of BOQ, Rate Analysis etc. for highway / infrastructureprojects.

Experience in Similar Capacity : AsQuantity Surveyor / Documentation Expert in at least 2 Highway Road Projects.

Responsibilities :

His mainresponsibility will be to keep the project on time and budgeting so the project avoidstime and cost overrun. He will ensure that the construction cost is managed asefficiently as possible.

The quantity surveyor will provide cash flow data to theemployer so that the employer can arrange the finance needed for each stage of theproject.

The quantity surveyor will also assess cost effects when changes to the projectoccur, such as delays, variations etc
