Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in institutional business development.
• Must have handled Radiology Equipment's (X-Ray, C-Arm, DR)
  
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking within the education sector.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies, product knowledge, and training programs for the sales team.
  
• Analyze sales performance data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales with a focus on institutional sales.
  
• Proven track record of achieving consistent revenue growth through successful account management and relationship-building.
  
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
