Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for executives.
  
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  
• Handle correspondence (email and letter drafting) and prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  
• Advanced Excel skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to draft letters and emails effectively.
  
• Strong presentation skills with proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
