About the Role. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Internal Communications Lead to join Allen Digital in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's mission and values. This role requires expertise in internal communications, a strong understanding of corporate environments, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities. Strategy Development:Design and execute an internal communications strategy aligned with business goals and culture. Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a strong organizational culture.

Content Creation:Craft and manage compelling content for internal newsletters, announcements, emails, and presentations. Ensure all internal messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the companys tone and values.

Employee Engagement:Collaborate with HR and leadership to design campaigns that boost employee morale and inclusion. Plan and execute events such as town halls, leadership updates, and employee recognition programs.

Feedback and Insights:Establish channels for employee feedback and communication. Analyze engagement metrics and use insights to improve internal communication efforts.

Collaboration:Partner with HR, leadership, and other teams to ensure seamless communication across departments. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on effective communication practices.

Qualifications and Skills. Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate setting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.

Basic understanding of corporate environments and organizational dynamics.

Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranets, collaboration tools).

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements. Master's degree in English literature, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Relevant certifications in communications or project management are a plus.
