Job Description
Explore and stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research and advancements, particularly in NLP, Generative AI, and Search Generative Experience.
Evaluate the potential application of these advancements within our AI/ML projects, focusing on enhancing search and chatbot functionalities.
Collaborate with research scientists, software engineers, and product team leaders to define and implement innovative solutions using AI/ML techniques.
Develop and experiment with novel search and chatbot prototypes, leveraging generative models and NLP to improve user experience and engagement.
Analyze and interpret data to assess the effectiveness of AI/ML models, refine approaches, and optimize performance.
Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
Engage in professional development opportunities to stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must have a definite call of God to this kind of ministry role, with a strong passion for God s Word and depth in the Spirit.
Must be passionate about local church ministry, discipling, equipping and empowering people for Kingdom purposes.
Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a strong focus on NLP and/or Generative AI.
Proven experience in applying AI/ML techniques to research or development projects in NLP, Chatbots, or Search.
Familiarity with popular NLP frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, SpaCy).
Understanding of generative models and their applications in text generation and search.
Experience with building and deploying NLP/Chatbot/Search solutions in production environments.
Experience with human-computer interaction (HCI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preference will be given to those who have been actively involved in serving at APC, Bangalore.
