Job Description
Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product team leaders to design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions, including chatbots, digital assistants, and search generative experiences.
Drive exploration of cutting-edge AI/ML advancements, particularly in Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and Small Language Models, and assess their potential for application within our projects.
Develop and refine conversational flows, dialogue models, and training data to ensure natural, engaging, and efficient user interactions.
Continuously analyze and optimize conversational AI performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and user feedback.
Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in conversational AI and NLP, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Document technical specifications, best practices, and lessons learned for future projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, product) to ensure seamless integration of conversational AI solutions into user workflows.
Present findings and insights to team members effectively, communicating the technical complexities of AI in a clear and concise manner.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must have a definite call of God to this kind of ministry role, with a strong passion for God s Word and depth in the Spirit.
Must be passionate about local church ministry, discipling, equipping and empowering people for Kingdom purposes.
Masters degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, including text analysis, machine translation, and dialogue systems.
Experience with Generative AI models and Small Language Models is highly desirable.
Proven ability to develop and implement AI solutions, ideally in the context of conversational AI or chatbots.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preference will be given to those who have been actively involved in serving at APC, Bangalore.
