Lead a team of engineers working with a variety of technologies developing web and mobile applications.
Must be technically hands-on and able to troubleshoot, solve technical problems, make a wide range of technical decisions (system design, infrastructure, deployment, etc.).
Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous learning.
Delegate tasks effectively and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
Set high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation. Execution and Delivery:
Break down product requirements into manageable tasks and track progress.
Manage development sprints and ensure timely delivery of features.
Work closely with designers and UI/UX experts to create optimal user experiences.
Oversee testing and quality assurance processes. Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with all team members to keep them motivated and keep projects on track.
Collaborate with ministry and pastoral teams to ensure high quality user experience. Technical Expertise:
Experience with Dart, Flutter, Golang, and one or Cloud Platform ecosystems.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks).
Experience with backend server-side and database technologies (PostgreSQL, etc.).
Experience working with web servers (NGINX, Apache, CaddyServer, etc.)
Experience with system design, design patterns, API design, software architectures, and all that goes into building scalable and maintainable web applications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and monitoring.
Experience with Python, open-source ML models and ML systems design a big plus.
Must have a definite call of God to this kind of ministry role, with a strong passion for God s Word and depth in the Spirit.
Must be passionate about local church ministry, discipling, equipping and empowering people for Kingdom purposes.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end software product development.
