Job Description

1. Provide resources and other equipping for nurturing and mentoring those interested in

creative arts from within the APC Community. 2. Establishing clearly defined guidance for expressions of creative art that glorify God without

compromise on godly standards. 3. Host conferences, workshops, seminars and other equipping events for learning,

interaction, growth, and development of creative art expressions for the APC church community and others.

4. Plan, manage and execute large scale productions (drama, musicals, etc.) that engages the APC church community.

5. Stay current with what God is doing in the Church in creative arts and help develop the APC Community in fresh and new ways of expressions in the creative arts.

6. Work closely with media and IT teams to leverage digital medium to support the Creative Arts Ministry program.

7. Report and work closely with the Senior Pastor to implement new ideas, strategies, and initiatives within the framework of the Creative Arts Ministry.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Must have a definite call of God to this kind of ministry role, with a strong passion for God s Word and depth in the Spirit.

Must be passionate about local church ministry, discipling, equipping and empowering people for Kingdom purposes.

Must be a visionary to see opportunities where APC as a local church and ministry can grow and fulfill its God s given mandate.

Must be a strong leader, organized, responsible, team player, and committed to excellence.

Must have proven experience and track record in the creative arts ministry with a portfolio of prior work including large scale productions that were planned, managed and executed successfully.

Knowledge of how media and technology can be leveraged for creative arts in Christian ministry.

Preference will be given to those who have been actively involved at APC, Bangalore.
