We areseeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Operations. This roleinvolves booking and coordinating hotels, transfers, attraction tickets, andother travel-related services for our guests. You will work closely with the TeleSales team to ensure seamless travel experiences from initial planning to tripcompletion. Your responsibilities include overseeing the entire process,ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining operationalefficiency. Demonstrated experience of working at a Destination ManagementCompany (DMC) or a digital holiday booking platform is essential. You should becomfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key responsibilities
Managethe booking process for accommodations, transportation, tours, and othertravel-related services based on finalized itineraries from the Tele Salesteam.
Confirmand communicate all travel arrangements to guests promptly.
Overseethe execution of travel plans, ensuring all services are delivered as promisedand addressing any issues that arise.
Coordinatewith internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations and maintainrelationships with service providers.
Negotiaterates and logistics with partners to secure the best deals and ensure servicesmeet company standards and guest expectations.
Providereal-time assistance to guests during their trips, handling escalated issuesand complaints professionally.
Collectand analyze traveler feedback to continuously improve offerings.
Collaboratewith the Tele Sales, Customer Services, and Finance teams to ensure alignment,address inquiries, confirm payments, and manage vendor payments.
Supportand guide team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient workenvironment.
Ensurecompliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Stayinformed about global travel trends, destination updates, and traveladvisories.
Requirements
Bachelors degree inbusiness, hospitality, or a related field.
At least 3 years ofexperience in Operations within the travel industry.
Proven track record ofmanaging and coordinating travel plans and services.
Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizationaland multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office.
Flexible, adaptable,and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge ofpopular travel destinations, culture, and trends.
