Must-Have Skills :

- Over 10 years of IT experience across various industries, contributing to all project phases, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance for small to large-scale projects.

- Minimum of 3+ SAP S/4HANA implementation projects focusing on SAP BRIM, with expertise in Convergent Charging (CC).

- Hands-on experience as a Convergent Charging specialist in SAP BRIM projects.

- Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP BRIM Convergent Charging.

- Proficient in integrating SAP CC with SAP SOM and SAP CI.

- Solid knowledge of Subscription Order Management and Convergent Invoicing.

- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end BRIM processes, including Order Management, Rating/Charging, Billing/Invoicing, Payments, and Revenue Recognition.

- Experience in creating catalogs and integrating them with provisioning systems.

- Skilled in designing and implementing charge plans for one-time, recurring, and usage-based pricing models.

- Expertise in validating integrations between SOM, CC, and CI.

- Ability to prepare Convergent Charging Key Design Documents aligned with BRIM solutions and business requirements.

- Convert key design documents into CC Charge Plan Solution Design documents.

- Present Charge Plan Solution designs to customers for approval before development.

- Develop recurring charge plans for maintenance and license contracts derived from provisioning systems (SOM).

- Collaborate closely with SOM and CI teams to build integrated solutions for Order/Contracts, Rating/Charging, and Billing/Invoicing.

- Work with technical teams to align the CC solution with SOM and CI requirements.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end configuration and solutioning for Convergent Charging, including :

1. One-time, recurring, and usage-based charges.

2. Charge Plan creation and validation through trial runs using temporary data.

3. Coordination with the technical team for defining BRF+ events to capture transactional data parameters.

4. Monitoring contracts and billable items in CI.
