Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP FSM Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and configuring SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP CRM, SAP ECC, and SAP Service Cloud. You will work with cloud applications, service planning, scheduling, dispatching, and support business rules customization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Enhance and configure SAP FSM solutions, focusing on service planning, scheduling, and dispatching.

- Integrate SAP FSM with SAP CRM, SAP ECC, and SAP Service Cloud.

- Utilize middleware tools like SAP CPI, SAP BTP, and REST APIs for integration and extensions.

- Work on data synchronization (master data and transactional data) between systems.

- Implement business rules customization using JavaScript.

- Manage FSM-related scripting and enhancements, including creating business rules.

- Configure Smart Forms, screens, and core FSM settings.

- Support the Technician Skills Management module and time/material journal approval functionality.

- Work on FSM data extraction, integration with CI, and FSM to CRM/S4HANA integration.

Mandatory Skills :

- 3 to 7 years of experience with SAP FSM.

- Strong knowledge of service planning, scheduling, and dispatching.

- Integration experience with SAP CRM, SAP ECC, and SAP Service Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with middleware tools like SAP CPI, SAP BTP, and REST APIs.

- JavaScript for business rules customization and scripting.

- SQL knowledge and experience with FSM data modeling and synchronization.

- Experience with FSM scheduling, AI/manual scheduling, and analytics (HTML, Jaspersoft).

Good to Have :

- Business rules customization experience.

- Familiarity with FSM analytics and reporting tools.

Experience : Consultant Level (3-7 years, 2+ years also acceptable)

Interview Rounds : 2 (Client-facing role)

Work Timing : 2 pm to 11 pm or 6 am to 3 pm (depending on client requirements)

Work Mode : Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)
