SAP Plan Functional Analyst - ECC/S/4 HANA Module (8-13 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Plan Functional Analyst with extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Plan functionalities, including Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Order Allocation Management, Inventory Planning, and Product Lifecycle Planning. The role is critical in identifying gaps in our regional template and assisting in building a global template.

Responsibilities :

- Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.

- Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.

- May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower-level professionals.

- The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects - from design to implementation - while adhering to policies, and using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.

- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Plan module, including SCM APO and integration with other modules like Deliver, FI, SD, and MM.

- Provide expertise in SAP best practices and advise on system optimizations and enhancements.

- Lead and participated in end-to-end implementation projects, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.

- Work with other functional leads in the IT team to ensure that the functional design and configuration in the areas of the SAP Plan align with SAP best practices.

- Perform system integration activities ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.

- Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Plan area and integrations.

- Provide user training and support during project implementations and post-go-live phases.

- Stay updated on SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.

- Strong hands-on experience as an SAP Deliver Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

- Proven experience with SAP upgrades and S/4HANA implementation.

- Experience in Blue Yonder AMPS is a plus.

- Experience with Global rollouts.

- Strong virtual communication skills, capable of interacting across all levels of Business and IT organizations.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.

- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in SAP IBP and Anaplan.

- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.

- Prior Pharma and/or Medical Device experience is desired.
