We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to create, configure, and customize SharePoint solutions for our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in developing and managing SharePoint sites, workflows, web parts, and integrating SharePoint with other business systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential.
Key Responsibilities.
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, applications, and services to meet business needs.
Create custom SharePoint web parts, lists, libraries, and workflows.
Develop and implement SharePoint-based intranet, portals, and collaboration tools.
Customize SharePoint templates and user interfaces to meet organizational branding and functional requirements.
Work on SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 environments, including migration projects.
Integrate SharePoint with other systems (e g, Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics, third-party applications).
Implement SharePoint governance, security, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and optimize performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
Provide support and training to end users on SharePoint features and functionality.
Qualifications.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience.
Proven experience (X years) as a SharePoint Developer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2013/2016/2019- Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end development technologies.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
Familiarity with SharePoint REST API, CSOM, and other SharePoint development tools.
Experience with SharePoint integration using Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Knowledge of SharePoint permissions, site administration, and governance.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SharePoint migration tools (e g, ShareGate) is a plus.
Preferred Certifications.
Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or similar certifications are an advantage.
