Your tasks include: Facilitate Agile Practices: Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.
SAFe Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAFe practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Team Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to experiment and innovate.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the Scrum Team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the team's progress and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members and other stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.
Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Agile and SAFe methodologies across the organization.
Community Building: Build and nurture a community of practice for Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners within the organization.
Qualifications: Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC): SPC certification required.
Proven Scrum Master Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
SAFe Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its implementation.
Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address impediments effectively.
