Aliens Group - Manager - Fundraising - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (2-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Research, identify and prioritize potential fundraising opportunities

- Actively source potential investors and initiate deal origination; resolve investor queries, provide appropriate financial data/analysis

- Preparing and updating financial models, pitch books, Information Memorandums, etc materials required for Investor meetings

- Oversee research and analysis on areas affecting the organization and real-estate industry including but not limited to Competitors, Financial Parameters, etc

- Valuation analysis using appropriate models such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF),

- Comparable Companies and Comparable Transactions (Comps), M&A models, and/or LBO models, etc to assess the feasibility of various transaction and financing structures

- Facilitate commercial/legal/financial due diligence and deal closure

- Analyze company, build business models, assess capital requirements, perform deal structuring and create any collateral required for transactions

- Attend events/workshops and network with the investor community

- Liaison with Banks/PSBs/Investment Bankers/Private Investors to raise funds

- Keep a track of all the regulatory/compliance requirements involved in or affecting the transaction

Desired Profile:

- MBA from Tier-1 B-School; CA first/second attempt with 3-7 years of experience in Fundraising/Investment Banking

- Proactive and should work with minimal direction and oversight

- High degree of business acumen and financial modelling skills. Ability to prepare high quality Pitch-books and Information Memorandums

Prior work experience into Investment Banking, Management Consulting and/or large firms

with active deal origination is desirable
