IT Support Executive-ERP

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support for ERP systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain functionality.
• Perform system upgrades, testing, and regular maintenance to ensure stability and compatibility.
• Conduct thorough testing for system changes, updates, and new implementations to validate performance and functionality.
• Work together with different departments to comprehend and meet their ERP needs.
• Train end-users on ERP functionalities and enhancements for effective system use.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, updates, testing protocols, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
• Develop custom reports, queries, and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of ERP-related policies and procedures.
• Stay informed on the latest ERP technologies, testing methodologies, and trends to enhance system efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ERP support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a strong understanding of their functionalities, testing processes, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in system testing, upgrades, and database management (e.g., SQL).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
