Role
Production Incharge - Jaggery Manufacturing Plant

Key Responsibility Area (KRA)

1. Daily Production Planning

• Achieve daily production targets

2. Delegate tasks and set target on day basis to the team

• Evaluation of day to day task

3. Monitoring employee productivity

• Ensure targets are achieved within the agreed timelines
• Oversee day-to-day operations and `performance and maintain the register
• Smooth operation of team

4. Care and Preservation of materials

• Properly maintain the product and preserve as per the product details

5. Maintenance of Stock

• Updated inventory details
• Cleanliness and hygiene
• Maintaining all registers and files
• Ensure adequate stock of the products as per the daily requirements.

6. Inventory Accuracy/Reporting/Accountability

• Provide clear and accurate stock details to the management
