Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our Supply Chain Department at our plant location. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) processes, focusing exclusively on formulation site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective production plans to meet business and customer needs.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, quality, and other departments to align supply chain activities with operational goals.
• Analyze and optimize production schedules, materials planning, and capacity utilization.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy in PPIC processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the PPIC team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in PPIC operations within the formulation business (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, production planning, and inventory management specific to formulation sites.
• Proven track record of handling complex operations and meeting business objectives in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage cross-functional coordination effectively.
