Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly skilled Executive Assistant (EA) to support our MD/CEO. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in executive support, excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MD/CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, and presentations, and handle confidential information.
• Coordinate events, and meetings, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Prioritize and screen emails and phone calls.
• Provide general support to the leadership team.
• Assist with HR-related activities, such as coordinating interviews, onboarding processes, and employee engagement activities.
• Help in maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and supporting HR initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience supporting senior leadership.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure.
• Experience or interest in supporting HR activities and understanding HR processes.
