Excellent written and spoken English is essential.

Able to carry out tasks independently and with minimal supervision.
Calendar Management:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Send meeting reminders and ensure executives have necessary materials.
Travel Coordination:
Book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Prepare itineraries and expense reports.
Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies and maintain organised filing systems.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Experience
We're seeking candidates with some prior experience in an administrative support role (not interns).
Location
Ideally located in close proximity to South Mumbai for ease of commute.
