Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Ensuring smooth functioning of the marketing team
● Managing / following up with team members, ensuring the creatives/ campaigns/ deliverables
are being created / rolled out on time, leads management etc
● Tracking metrics for the campaigns / projects (offline & online) and extracting data from CRM
platforms, Performance marketing platforms (eg. Google Adwords, Meta Ads), and social
organic channels
● Compiling data, analysing it, and presenting the findings in the form of decks to the
management team. Extracting insights and enacting the action plan.
● Good understanding of market analysis, TG profiling
2. Managing teams/ workflow (intra office/ external vendors)
● Ensuring the smooth functioning of tasks between marketing team & sales team, BTT, HR etc
● Liasoning, tracking & monitoring external agencies (SEO, website, performance marketing/
digital agencies, creative partners / photoshoot/ AR VR, data agencies, freelancers etc)
● Keeping tabs on the latest trends, and making sure we stay on top of it (tech, apps, formats,
trending reels etc)
3. Campaign/ project planning & management
● Budget planning & execution
● Vendor management (budget/ negotiation/ execution/ delivery / quality management)
● Compiling & presenting comprehensive campaign data across medium
