Job Description:

• Technical experience working on Oracle fusion HCM modules Core HR, Payroll and Compensation.

• Oracle HCM Cloud (Oracle Fusion) Technical Consultant with experience of 4+ years.
• Support Coverage regular time as per IST
• Experience supporting Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BI Reports, and Integration
• Experience using HDL, Fast Formula Creation and Updating for the Implementation and Support projects.
• Should be good in preparing technical required documents.
• Responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from the business, and documenting these in technical specifications.
• Responsible for uniting testing of RICE components.
• Ready to work at client-side -Mumbai.

Education/Certifications

• Master or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Must have knowledge of the Oracle fusion HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Applied technical expertise and experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience with HCM modules like Payroll, Core HR and Compensation.

• Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots for resolution. Coordinates with vendors regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating, and following up as required.

• Consults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application.

• Analyzes the impact of configuration from foundational structures to Fast Formulas and extensions to HR service delivery and downstream systems and integrations. Leads meetings to resolve priority issues.

• Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers.

• Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules in existing applications.

• Provides experienced support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.

• Plans for and supports migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts. Developing knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas. Engages Digital and vendor for support, as necessary.
