Job Description
- Strategic Sourcing, Purchase Management for all the input materials like RM, PM, Consumables and Engg Goods.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and production, to meet the organizations needs.
- Monitoring and forecasting demand and supply accurately, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Developing and implementing effective order processing and management systems.
- Managing the Import Operations. Keeping the Compliances with Customs Duty, Customs Laws, notifications, Tariffs, rules and guidelines.
- Proven experience in procurement of finished formulations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Exposure to import Purchases.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value and ensure favorable supply agreements.
- Identify Develop the New Vendors for RM PM. Develop the New Source for the Material.
- Sourcing of Finished Goods. Handling of Third Party Loan Licenses Sites.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently and maintain detailed records.
- You have at least 4 years experience ideally as a Buying / Procurement or Supply Chain within Pharma formulations.
- You possess good negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
