Manager - Finance & Accounts (3-4 yrs)

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a proven track record of success.

- Professional and ethical demeanor.

- Leading a team in areas of Accounting, Financial reporting etc.

- Facilitating timely completion of half yearly and annual P&L account and Balance sheet.

- Coordinating with other departments.

- Liaison with Banks and other Financial institutions.

- Monitoring preparation of statutory books of Accounts.

- Handling matters pertaining to corporate tax, preparation and filing of IT returns etc.

- Preparation and filing of various returns to Registrar of Companies periodically.

- Preparing monthly MIS report, Cash and Fund Flow statement, Budget.
