JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Summary:


As a Senior Content Writer for the Corporate Communication Department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that reflects the company's brand and messaging. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement effective communication strategies that engage with internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will have exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of corporate communication.


Key Responsibilities:


•Create compelling content that reflects the company's messaging and brand


•Develop and execute content strategies that support business objectives


•Expertise in B2B and B2C financial services and fintech content


•Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed


•Write and edit a variety of content types, including but not limited to press releases, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, web copy, email newsletters, and social media posts.


•Research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and other relevant topics to inform content creation.


•Maintain brand voice and style across all content channels and ensure consistency across all communications.


•Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective and innovative content communication plans


•Edit and proofread content produced by other members of the team to fit the tonality and brand voice to ensure accuracy and consistency


•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communication.


Requirements:


•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•Candidates with understanding of financial markets will be preferred

•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

•Understanding of SEO and keyword research

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems


Location - Delhi (Jhandewalan)


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communication or content creation
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Experience creating content for a variety of channels, including web, social media, email, and print
