We have come up with a new opportunity in Alankit Limited as an HR Intern.

The intern will be responsible for the below mention Job Description:

• Recruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks
• Onboarding: Assist with employee orientation and onboarding
• Training: Assist with training programs
• Employee relations: Address employee queries, distribute company policies, and participate in organizing company events
• Record management: Update employee databases, gather payroll data, and maintain employee records
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Background verification: Conduct background checks
• Report preparation: Assist in preparing HR-related reports

Stipend - Upto 10k

Incase we find the candidate apt, we can offer him/her the full time opportunity after the review of 6 months.
