Position: Purchase Executive / Sr. Purchase Executive

Location: Surat (Piplod)

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of engineering materials, metal components, furniture products, and other products as per business requirements.
• Vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation to ensure the best pricing and quality.
• Ensuring timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Managing purchase orders, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Coordination with internal departments to understand material requirements.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring availability of essential materials.
• Handling documentation, purchase records, and compliance with procurement policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in purchasing engineering, metal, furniture materials, and general business procurement is a must.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical or furniture components.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple categories of procurement efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Experience: 3 to 7 years in Metal or Engineering or Furniture industry

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant field
