Job Description
- Assemble and solder through-hole components on PCBs following work instructions.
- Inspect assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain and clean soldering tools and equipment.
- Follow safety, ESD, and workplace cleanliness protocols.
- High School Diploma; technical certification preferred.
- Experience in through-hole assembly and soldering is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret assembly drawings and Layouts.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
