Machine Operator Maintenance

The operator s responsibilities include filling and inspecting of terminally sterilized and aseptically produced manufactured in process materials in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities:
(a) Operate filling equipment and handle product within all applicable SOPS, cGMPs, etc.
(b) Operate equipment within the validated parameters
(c) Inspect product to maintain quality standards; perform quality control duties, i.e. sampling of product and environment
(d) Follow and maintain documentation records, accountability of solution and units throughout the production process
(e) Check and verify machine components
(f) Clean/sanitize filling areas and equipment on daily basis
(g) Work safely in accordance with regulations, standards, and procedures and in a manner that eliminates unreasonable risk to health and the environment
(h) Notify maintenance head for any unsafe conditions or practices, unlawful activities and activities which present unreasonable health and/or environmental risk
(i) Report all safety and/or environmental incidents to management immediately

Required skill:
(a) Proven work Experience as Machine Operator in Pharma / Cosmetics industry with 2 year to 5 years of experience will be considered
(b) Background in working at industry is a plus
(c) Knowledge in Tube Filling, cream filling and pouch filling are preferred
(d) Ability to handle the machine independently
