Ecommerce Executive

Platform Management:

• Oversee the management and performance of the website and app platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, timely updates, and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and address platform-related issues, including bugs, performance optimizations, and feature upgrades.

Product Management:

• Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, competitive pricing, and visually appealing images.
• Organize products into clear and intuitive categories to enhance website searchability and user navigation.
• Enhance the websites product search functionality to improve customer findability.

Visual Merchandising:

• Design and maintain engaging homepage and landing pages to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
• Create and manage banner ads and promotional content to highlight key products and seasonal offers.

Sales and Promotions:

• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to boost sales and improve customer engagement.
• Develop and implement discount strategies to attract customers and effectively manage inventory.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales trends using tools like Google Analytics.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and add-to-cart rates to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations to optimize e-commerce performance.

Customer Experience:

• Continuously improve the website’s user experience, ensuring intuitive navigation and a seamless shopping journey.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements that enhance the online shopping experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver a cohesive e-commerce strategy.
• Manage projects such as website redesigns and new product launches to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, merchandising, or product management.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other website analytics tools.
• Strong skills in managing order management systems and generating actionable reports.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
