Job Description for the Requirement of PR Person at Puducherry Kitchen.

1. Strategic Communication:

a. Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance the foundations visibility and public engagement.

b. Collaborate with different departments to create coherent messaging across all platforms.

2. Media Relations:

a. Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals and outlets to promote the foundations activities and achievements.

b. Manage press inquiries and interview requests, and prepare press materials including releases, briefs, and media kits.

3. Content Creation:

a. Produce compelling content for various platforms such as the foundations website, social media, newsletters, and annual reports.

b. Ensure content aligns with the foundations brand and communication guidelines.

4. Digital Media:

a. Oversee the foundations digital media presence, including content creation and monitoring for social media platforms.

b. Analyze digital media performance and develop strategies to increase engagement and reach.

5. Event Management:

a. Assist in organizing public events and press conferences to promote foundation initiatives and successes.

b. Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure event success.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

a. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.

b. Provide insights and recommendations based on media coverage and campaign performance.

2. Qualification and Experience

1. Grad. Specializations bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

2. Other Key Skills & explain the kind of relevant experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a communication, public relations, or media role, preferably in a non-profit or CSR environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
