Position Social Media Marketing

Work Location – Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore

• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads.
• Write clear, compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop and other tools.
• Perform video editing to create engaging video content for social media platforms.

• Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives and company goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

• Community Management:
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster and grow an online community, building strong relationships with followers and influencers.

• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Prepare regular reports on social media metrics, insights, and trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media channels.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to support their social media needs.

Others :-

• 4 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
