Job Description
Job Purpose Position contributes to AKBM India by supporting seamless maintenance of accounts, reporting & cashflow planning.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of Books of accounts
- Payments - expenses, salary & bills
- Banking, Stocks
- Prepare & send weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports to Group Finance in Oslo, Norway.
- Account receivable (AR)
- Cash Flow planning
- TDS payment to government authorities including Advance Tax etc
- Fixed Assets Register (FAR)
- Address the queries of the statutory auditors, Tax Auditors, Company Secretary, Compliance officer, employees and business related activity of AKBM India
- Oversee and reconcile expense budget and compliance with procedures and cost containment.
Other Responsibilities:
- Track the company's financial performance & identify areas for cost reduction/optimization.
