It Support Executive

Experience - 1+ year

Location - Noida

Working days- 6 (Mon - Sat)

Salary -Drawn as per the last CTC or as per the market standard.

Education- BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech/ in Computer Science or any relevant degree in Computer Science

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Document and track all support requests and resolutions.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A+ certification is a plus.
