Account Executive

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping roles, especially in the UK markets.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Software Expertise: Proficiency in Xero, Book Keeping and QuickBooks is mandatory. Experience
• with other accounting tools like Sage, FreshBooks, or Zoho Books is an added advantage.
• International Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted
• Accounting Principles), IFRS, and tax regulations in the UK.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and management effectively.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Knowledge of Payroll Systems: Familiarity with payroll systems and processes in different regions.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coordinating with other departments like tax and compliance.
