Key Responsibilities:
● PPC Campaign Management:
○ Develop, implement, and manage paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
○ Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall ROI.
○ Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and high performance.
○ Conduct A/B testing of ads, keywords, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
● Keyword Research & Strategy:
○ Perform in-depth keyword research tailored to the international furniture market, focusing on high-performing search terms, trends, and consumer behavior.
○ Create and optimize keyword lists, segmenting based on location, audience, and furniture categories (e.g., office furniture, home decor, outdoor furniture, etc.).
● Market & Competitor Analysis:
○ Analyze competitors PPC strategies and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
○ Monitor and report on market shifts, consumer behavior changes, and new trends in the global furniture industry.
● Landing Page Optimization:
○ Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion, user experience, and SEO.
○ Utilize heatmaps, A/B testing, and analytics to improve landing page performance.
● Performance Reporting & Analysis:
○ Provide regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
○ Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
○ Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms to track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide performance insights.
● Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
○ Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
○ Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to align PPC efforts with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
● Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in the international furniture or home decor market.
● Platform Expertise: Strong experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Shopping is a plus.
● Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other PPC tools for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
● Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the international furniture market, including trends, consumer behavior, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
● Creative & Analytical Skills: Ability to balance creative strategies with data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance.
● Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify issues and areas of improvement in campaigns, from ad copy to budget allocation.
● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Desired Skills:
● Familiarity with International Markets: Experience managing PPC campaigns in different geographical regions, with a keen understanding of regional variations in consumer behavior and language.
● E-commerce Experience: Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) or managing online furniture sales.
● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Experience working with CRO tools and techniques to enhance landing page performance.
