E-commerce Catalogue Specialist

Job Summary:
The Catalog Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the online product
catalog for an e-commerce marketplace. This includes ensuring accurate and up-to-date product
listings, managing product attributes, images, descriptions, and ensuring smooth product catalog processes to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail,
knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Upload, update, and optimize product listings on the e-commerce marketplace.
2. Monitor the product catalog for accuracy and completeness.
3. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO and visibility.
4. Ensure all data related to product attributes (size, color, material, etc.) is correctly
entered.
5. Keep track of product pricing, promotions, and discounts in collaboration with the
sales and pricing teams.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central), product information management (PIM) systems, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to meticulously review and verify product information for accuracy.
• Effective communication with internal teams and vendors to gather product information and address data inconsistencies.
• Ability to interpret data to identify trends and optimize product listings.
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines to maintain a well-organized product catalog.
