Job description/requirements:

1. To monitor and control all the banking activities on day to day basis including cash flow.

2. To comply all regulatory requirements of RBI & banks in desired time

3. Reconciliation of internal import & export data with EDPMS / IDPMS data of RBI & Bank on monthly basis and ensure to keep the same online with no back log.

4. To monitor & ensure the BRC & FIRC issuance and endorsements

5. Monthly export debtor reconciliation (Accounts, Marketing & Bank) and information in advance for the bills getting in EDPMS caution list

6. Review each LC export documents before sending to bank and minimize foreign bank charges during realization. Ensure timely reimbursement claim from bank for realizations of invoices under same.

7. Well versed with A1 and A2 transactions

8. Fluent in MS Office, especially in excel and word.
