ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Modules (6-12 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This includes customizing applications, building workflows, and integrating with external systems to improve service management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules within ServiceNow.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.

- Perform platform upgrades and ensure system stability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Provide support and training to end-users and technical teams on ServiceNow functionality.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), configuration, and administration.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, and experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems.

- Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

- Experience with ITIL processes and framework.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
