ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM/CMDB Modules (4-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.

- Customize and configure workflows, reports, and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications for enhanced performance.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and external data sources.

- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and the implementation of new ServiceNow modules.

- Maintain thorough and up-to-date technical documentation of processes, workflows, and integrations.

Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related modules.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and APIs.

- Hands-on experience in configuring ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.

- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer.

- Experience with ServiceNow implementations across diverse industries.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
