Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Administration to oversee and streamline all administrative operations within our IT organization. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workplace management, compliance with policies, and seamless facility operations while fostering a productive and engaging work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Facility & Office Management:

  • Oversee office infrastructure, maintenance, security, and vendor management.
  • Ensure a well-maintained, secure, and efficient working environment.
  • Manage workplace safety, fire drills, and emergency response planning.

Vendor Management:

  • Handle vendor negotiations, contracts, and procurement of office supplies and services.
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining high service standards.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely service deliveries.

Workplace Operations & Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce administrative policies and compliance regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security, data privacy, and workplace health & safety standards.

Employee Support & Engagement:

  • Provide seamless administrative support to employees, including travel, transport, and event coordination.
  • Foster a positive workplace experience through effective space and resource management.

Budgeting & Cost Optimization:

  • Prepare and manage the administrative budget,
  • optimizing expenses without compromising quality.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

IT Asset & Infrastructure Coordination:

  • Collaborate with IT teams for office infrastructure, seating arrangements, and tech-related admin support.
  • Ensure smooth coordination for hardware and software provisioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of facility management, vendor negotiation, and compliance.
  • Experience in IT industry administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage teams and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, facility management tools, and procurement software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across different teams.
