Maintenance Head - PSDMFG - Site Reliability

Sub-Functional Area Text : MFG (Site Reliability).

Job Purpose:.

- Ensure high availability & reliability of all assets at JMD Power complex to achieve business objectives by:.

- Adhering to all Statutory & Safety requirement at all times.

- Strategy of Procurement of new & rotable spares.

- Adopting Best Maintenance practices for health of all equipment in Power complex.

Job Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities):.

- Coordinate between Site Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Heads to ensure smooth functioning of maintenance work.

- Ensure improvement in availability of equipment and reduction in maintenance costs.

- Resolve M/E/I inter-disciplinary issues as escalated.

- Drive Maintenance initiatives and set annual targets for Maintenance.

- Support all reliability & Integrity studies by adding value.

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance from maintenance side.

- Ensure compliance to standards, TIL, procedures and best practices.

- Provide oversight to Repair & Refurbishment of CPP- hardware.

- Responsible for Gas Turbine,HRSG,Boiler, peripheral equipment, BOP scheduled Maintenance and Inspection.

- Liaise with heads of CES/COE to enable quick incorporation of recommendations and escalation of issues.

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications):

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Experience : At least 20 years of maintenance experience with minimum 3 years as a site discipline head.

Exp: 20-22 years
