Head of Engineering (15-19 yrs)

Experience :

- 15+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java.

- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.

- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

- Experience with Java, .Net frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.

- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
